This size holds roughly 40 cubic yards, standing about 8 feet tall, so it swallows debris a smaller bin would fill three times over.

Here's the honest trade-off: the 40-yard is a lot of steel to place. It needs a clear, flat run of about 22 feet of length plus room for the truck to lift and tilt. On tighter lots in Central City, Lindale, or older Flour Bluff streets, a 20 or 30-yard often fits better and still handles the load. Heavy material is the other catch, dirt, concrete, roofing shingles, and brick get weight-restricted fast, so for a heavy roofing tear-off or a concrete pull we'll usually steer you to a smaller container to keep you under the weight cap and out of overage charges. Driveway placement is common across Padre Island, Annaville, and Mustang Island jobs, and it's usually fine, we set boards under the container to protect concrete and pavers.
